Hatching Eggs have a no return or refund policy. We do guarantee our eggs are fresh and fertile. Fertility is checked from each pen on a regular basis to ensure roosters are doing their "job". What happens with the shipping service when eggs leave our hands is out of our control. This includes any delay. If you have a damaged package, please take pictures of any damage and check the packaging as soon as you pickup. You will have to file a claim with shipping service yourself but these are typically not covered under any circumstances. The only guarantee we know of is if a package is shipped USPS priority express and they do not arrive by the guaranteed date then typically we can get a $100 refund after fighting a claim. USPS priority express is a much higher cost $ 45-100 and we do not ever ship this way with eggs. Eggs are considered perishable by all shipping services and not typically covered when damaged but you can always try to submit a claim yourself. When purchasing hatching eggs you are accepting that they are a gamble and we do not guarantee your hatch rate nor how the shipping service will handle/deliver your eggs.

If for some reason beyond our control that we cannot fill your order, you will be issued a refund. Please email us or contact on Facebook if you have any questions or concerns with ordering hatching eggs.

Our Standard method of shipping is UPS ground. Depending on your location to east Texas, most packages take 1-4 business days to arrive. 

Eggs are packed in foam shippers (14 eggs total) then double boxed with extra padding to keep the inside box from shaking around. 

Shipping services are mostly automated with convey belts and such, it is not always a gentle travel and no white glove service. We do our best to package so they are not destroyed in transit. 

When choosing shipped eggs you are accepting the risk and acknowledging when purchasing from H7 there is no guarantee in a successful outcome.
